Issue Summary

When there are MULTIPLE TRANSITIONS to a STATUS, the TRANSITIONS are not appearing on the KANBAN board.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select any of the existing workflows and Edit it to add 2 transitions from TO DO to IN PROGRESS, respectively named Tran1 and Tran2.
      2. Publish the workflow.
      3. Go to a KANBAN Board having issues from the project which is using the workflow.
      4. Drag an issue from the TO DO column to IN PROGRESS Column.
      5. Newly added transitions are not appearing as a separate section with a dashed outline on the board.

      Expected Results

When you hover the issue over the related column, each possible transition will appear as a separate section with a dashed outline.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

[JSWSERVER-20806] Workflow transitions not appearing on KANBAN board

This bug is still happening with our Jira instance. It's annoying that you need to create one status per transition in order to them to appear at the Kanban view. I have two final status (Closed, Cancelled). I wish that Cancelled could be set when transitions Duplicated, Cancel or Cannot Reproduce are set. Nevertheless if I configure two status in that way it won't show all possible transitions on a CLOSED column in Kanban mapped to those statuses. Instead it will show the first transition to each status only.

I am unable to reproduce this problem in Jira 8.5.4. I see two choices for the column I am moving to, named for each of the transitions.

So you can transition the issue then? Which one of Tran1 or Tran2 gets used for when you transition the issue?
