Add an option to customize the time unit format for the Velocity Chart Y axis original time estimate

    Description

      At the moment, when in the board configuration the estimation is based on Original time estimate (on the time tracking settings), the Y axis of the Velocity Chart is represented in seconds.

      This make the report very difficult to understand when the Y-axis has values from 100000 on.

      Please provide a way to customize the way the Velocity Chart display the time unit of time estimate.
