      Problem Definition

      When a Jira administrator wants to connect Jira with Github with DVCS plugin, he/she will need to use the Github organizations account. This is because DVCS plugin requesting "repo" scope:

      Some users consider the "repo" scope to be too permissive.

      Suggested Solution

      Update the scope used by the DVCS plugin or allow users to configure the scope options while allowing existing DVCS features to work.
