Issue Summary

When working in multiple software projects, the board selection will always show boards from the most recently rendered tab, not the boards in the project that is open in the tab.

Environment

Reproduced in Jira Software 8.x

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to a Jira instance with multiple software projects, each with boards
2. Open a software project and then open a different software project in a new tab
3. Go to either project and open a board from the drop-down menu
4. Go to the other project and open the board drop-down menu

Expected Results

The boards associated with that project

Actual Results

The boards from the most recently rendered project show

Notes

This has so far only been tested for Software projects

Workaround

Refreshing an impacted page will alleviate the issue temporarily and only for that page
