Jira displays unrelated board to project

Issue Summary

When a user open a board by following specific steps below, Jira will display board unrelated to the other board/project:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 Software projects. Ensure that each of the projects has its own board.
2. Let's assume that the project and board name are: TP1 (for Board/Project 1) and TP2 (for Board/Project 2).
3. Create another board for Board/Project 2 (Let's call it TP3). Ensure when you clicked on "BOARDS IN THIS PROJECT", Jira displays 2 board.
4. Access Dashboard page.
5. From Dashboard click on Boards (top bar) -> open TP1 & TP2 in separate tabs.
6. Access TP2 board and click on "BOARDS IN THIS PROJECT" and click on TP3 board.
7. Access TP1 board now and hover over "BOARDS IN THIS PROJECT". Jira will display TP1 & TP3 board.
8. Clicking on TP3 board will result in Jira showing TP3 board but TP3 board will not be linked to TP1 project/board.

Environment

Jira 8.1, 8.3

Expected Results

• TP1 board only shows single board (TP1 board) since other boards' board filters are not retrieving issues from TP1 project.

Actual Results

• TP1 board shows TP3 board under "BOARDS IN THIS PROJECT".

Workaround

Refresh the board page and the incorrect board link will be removed.
