JIRA Agile Simplified Workflow allows you to add duplicates for some essential post functions

Steps to Reproduce

1. JIRA Agile Simplified Workflow shows incorrectly due to the following Bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-11547
2. Go to the menu to add postfunctions

Expected Results

You will see all available postfunctions, minus the essential postfunctions which should already be present on your workflow.

Actual Results

The essential postfuctions are also present to be added to the workflow. Therefore you could add the same essential workflow postfunction twice as shown below:

Notes

This is known to cause incorrect reporting in burndown charts where issues are not being recorded as completed inside the sprint.
