Issue Summary
When more than one translated statuses are mapped into the same column, and then user tries to transition an issue to that column, the statuses will be shown in English instead of the translated language
Steps to Reproduce
- Have 2 statuses (or any number more than one) mapped to the same column.
- Lets say status In Progress and Done mapped to Done column
- Change language setting to other language (lets say German)
- Drag issue from other column to Done column
Expected Results
JIRA will show options of statuses in that column in the translated language (so in case of German, it should show IN ARBEIT and FERTIG)
Actual Results
It shows statuses in English (in this case, In Progress and Done). Even though the column management page itself shows the status in the translated language.
It's reproducible in Scrum and Kanban boards, with several languages like German, French, etc.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
