      Problem

      We are executing permission check for every issue assigned to epic.

      History

      It was used in pre-7.2 UI to determine if currentUser can remove epic from given issue.
      Based on the results of this check we were showing 'delete' button in the epic label.

      Now

      In 7.2.0 we've rewritten the UI and now it doesn't need this parameter.

      Suggestion

      Don't execute this permission check
