            Hello,

The bug still persists in Jira 7.10.1. Instead of showing the error, user cannot open the attached image at all. This happens when the user copies the picture to the case, instead of uploading it.

Is there any other workaround to this instead of using another browser other than IE as it's important to our clients to use IE?

            Hi

After upgrading from 7.3.9 to 7.10.0, some of our users experience this bug (Exception: QuotaExceededError) with IE11 and Kanban boards. Can you reopen this defect?

            Thanks!

            Hi,

Is this bug documented as affecting JIRA Software v7.8.0?  We just upgraded, and I see in the history tab that 7.8.0 was originally mentioned, but then it was removed from the Affected Versions.  It is happening for our instance.  Thanks!  Lesley

            Hi Mrekle,

I would like to know how to get it to work in JIRA 7.8.2, since we have that same version and the same error kept coming up.

            Regards.

            Hi everyone,

So, the only solution to correct this error is to update to another higher version of JIRA?, we just updated to 7.8.2 and we are still correcting migration problems.

            Regards.

            Hello everyone,

This problem is still happening in our version 7.8.2, is there any solution implemented to avoid having to update to any of the versions that are already corrected?

            Regards.
