Add option to hide old done issues from Kanban board

      Problem

      Loading the Kanban board with a lot of issues can be slow

      Suggested solution

      Limiting the display of done issues in kanban boards to the ones that were updated recently.

      Notes on fix

      • The feature is enabled by default since 7.9.0
      • To do not break UX for older version it's not enabled.
      • For 7.6.6+, 7.8.2+, you can enable it manually by enabling dark feature: com.atlassian.jira.agile.darkfeature.kanban.hide.old.done.issues.enabled
