Summary
When performing bulk operations on large number of issues JIRA triggers Lexorank rebalancing of all issues.
Environment
Any JIRA Software environment
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup JIRA with at least 250 issues
- Try to rank 250 issues at once by selecting them and moving to top of backlog for example
- Rebalancing is triggered
Expected Results
The Lexorank space is used efficiently and no rebalancing is triggered
Actual Results
JIRA triggers rebalancing because of ineffective use of available Lexorank space.
