When, on a board with multiple administrator, a filter is accidentally changed by one of the board administrators, with a filter that is not shared, the board is only visible to the owner of the filter.

The other board administrators are unable to see the board, thus are unable to reverse the change or make adjustment.

Make the board visible to the board administrators so the filter change can be reverted.
