Unable to connect to GitHub:Enterprise instance

      I am attempting to connect my JIRA instance to our (internal) GitHub:Enterprise instance.

      I am able to complete the GitHub OAuth setup. When I then proceed to configure organizations the plugin automatically routes the login request to https://github.com/etc/etc instead of giving the option to route the request to our GitHub:Enterprise installation.

      This renders the connector unsuable.
