Epic and Story Descriptions are not rendered correctly

    Description

      In JIRA 7.1, if you go to Issue Types page, you will notice that the description for Epics and Story are not correctly displayed while the rest of issue types are fine.

      In JIRA 6.4.12, it was properly displayed.
