Summary

When moving issues up and down in the backlog page of a board in Chrome and Firefox (not tested in other browsers), often (though not always) the page 'jumps up', is scrolled up when moving the ticket. This is common when moving the tickets from sprints or changing their ranks.

This is particularly annoying when moving tickets to a sprint below, as it may come out of sight.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board with a backlog with enough issues to not fit the page (needing to scroll down to see everything)
2. Create several sprints
3. Move the tickets around to different sprints.

Expected Results

The page doesn't scroll when that happens.

Actual Results

The page is scrolling up when moving the tickets (most of the time).
