In an Agile board, if you add a comment and try to make use of the "Attachment" button to select the attachments to put in the comment, JIRA do not display the available ones.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Agile board
2. Create an issue
3. Put attachments on this issue;
4. Make a comment and use the add "Attachment" button.
   

Expected results
The attachments appear on the button.

Actual results
The button, although pressed, do not display the available attachmens.
