I have a project where once the user's issue is created, they can't change the issue Title and Priority because there are other users issues in the project that they shouldn't change. How can I give a user the ability to change a Title or Priority of an issue for which they created, without giving them the permission to change all issues in the project.
If we can do that, that would really help.
Additionally, If we could also give that permission to an owner of a group of users, then they could change the title and priority for everyone in their group that create an issue, but not for other users issues.
Thanks,
Dave
