    Description

      Summary

Resolving an issue that is still in the future sprint, should remove it from the future sprint. It currently removes it from view in the backlog in the future sprint section but it is still associated with the sprint. Therefore once the sprint become active, you will find the issue as the resolved issue in the board.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Place an issue in a active sprint.
      2. Resolve the issue.

      Expected Results

The issue will be removed from the future sprint and will no longer be associated with that future sprint.

      Actual Results

      • It it removed from the backlog tab (future sprint section).
      • However, one you open the issue you will notice that it is still associated with that sprint.
      • You can also find this true when you search for the issue in the issue navigator, where you will notice that the resolved issue still has the future sprint value.
      • Then when you start the future sprint, then you will notice that the issue is actually included in the agile board as a resolved issue

where SSPB-1 is an issue that was resolved whilst still in the future sprint but still appears in the active sprint once the sprint has started.
