      An error showing up when accessing Burndown Chart in Firefox.

      Environment

      • JIRA 7.0.0-OD-08-005 with JIRA Agile - 7.1.2-D20151028T015626
        • Tested in Firefox 42.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click/view JIRA Software Project's Burndown

      Expected Results

      Page should load without any error message.

      Actual Results

      You will notice an error message on top of the page, as below screen-shot:

      Also, no errors in the JIRA logs however with the Browser Console opened, we see the following:

       "An exception has occurred in https://d1ixbz5qgnvms3.cloudfront.net/<domain>.atlassian.net/s/d10263170179cee132a12e6b32fede0b-CDN/en_USl6wemp-ren-on/70107/b6b48b2829824b869586ac216d119363/ca6af03f1c2e8725b6f123e55d1b337d/_/download/contextbatch/js/greenhopper-rapid-non-gadget,gh-rapid,jira.project.sidebar,atl.general,atl.global,jira.global,jira.general,-_super/batch.js?agile_global_admin_condition=true&jag=true&jaguser=true&jira-nps-enabled=true&locale=en-US&nps-not-opted-out=true at 0:0 --- Script error." batch.js:3:454

      This message appears each time you load the burnown chart report.

      Workaround

      Use other web browsers such as: Chrome.
