Today it's possible to decide card color per issue type. Great, but we'd also like to see this for Priority. That way you could pick eg pink for high priority issues and yellow for standard priority issues. Would make it easy to see straight on the planning board what priority certain issues have. May be useful also for other fields, eg Components.

Recreation of missing values is as intended. Color picker deficiencies are minor in my and Martins opinion. Branch has been merged to default.

miruflin : Not sure what Peter means when he refers to the deletion and re-creation of issuetype colors. Agreed we don't need to fix the color picker plugin though

either cant click within the color darkness palette well, or super non performant. Trying to point and click within the square and getting nothing unless I drag. This is very unintuitive and completely against standard industry treatment of color palettes. see movie 12.

we let users delete colors associated with issuetypes? then recreate them automatically? very odd

Cursor when clicking and dragging in the rainbow strip are terrible. We need to change them. (up arrow then a text cursor?!)

I also expect to be able to click within the strip to jump to that color, rather than require us to drag from the currently selected color.

If you want a hacky plugin that you can replace the colours with your own hardcoded ones see this - http://bit.tributech.com.au/rapid-board-custom-colours

If I get a chance I'll try change it so it can be configured rather than hardcoded in the plugin but.....

We would like for sub-tasks to take on the color of their parent ticket so that in the Kanban view of the task board, we could identity the parent ticket the sub-tasks being listed in the view are for. (We would like to filter out the actual parent tasks to simplify the list a bit. We have a lot of sub-tasks per filter being viewed.

It would be great if you at least allow using the same Card Styles that we have configured for the Planning Board and the Task Board. Rapid Board does not use those styles.
