Need a "Create Linked Issue" feature

      From the "More" menu of an issue fullscreen display, there are options for "Clone" and "Create Sub-Task".

      It would be immensely useful to have a "Create Linked Issue" feature.

      A poor substitute would be the ability to first select "Link" issue and then be given the option to create one from that dialog.

            PLEASE, can we have this in software projects!
