In the backlog, unable to drag and drop a filtered issues into an active sprint

Summary

When you search a particular issue in backlog view, you are not allow to drag and drop the issue into the sprint which has already started.

Environment

• JIRA 6.4.9
• JIRA Agile 6.7.7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two issues (issueA and issueB) in the board
2. Create two sprint (sprintA and sprintB)
3. Drag issueA to sprintA
4. Start sprintA
5. Search issueA in the search text box located in the top left section of the backlog view
6. Drag issueA into sprintA

Expected Results

issueA is allow to drag and drop into sprintA then a scope change message will be triggered.

Actual Results

When drag and drop issueA into sprintA, issueA will be drop to sprintB itself.

Workaround

Use the normal backlog to manually search for the particular then drag it into sprintA
