Add time tracking on Epics to also summarize/calculate 'Issues in Epics' estimations

      When adding issues (Issues in Epic) with time estimates to an epic, the estimate doesn't summarize it and/or calculate it in the epic level.

      This should work like tasks and sub-tasks where on tasks you have a summary of the estimates and can also include the sub-tasks values on it.
