[JSWSERVER-11878] Backlog and Active Sprints links are missing in JIRA Agile when using the new Project Sidebar

Problem

For specific instances there is no link to 'Backlog' or 'Active Sprints' in the new project sidebar.

Workaround

Disabling JIRA Agile and Enabling it again solves this problem.

Cause

This is a temporary issue caused by our deployment of plugins to our production environment.
