Using a sprint name more than once on different boards, can result in unexpected behavior, as described in this KB. Could we provide a warning message when a user is creating a sprint with a name which is already in use?

Many thanks for this Suggestion, however this is not something we plan to add to JIRA Agile at this time.

However, we will be looking to improve issues around sprint name ambiguity which seems to be the root cause of the associated request.
