      Symptoms

      Getting error when trying to access JIRA Agile Release Burndown report using Internet Explorer version 9 - 11. The browser got stuck and the user couldn't do anything.

      This problem does not affect other supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

      Cause

      Javascript errors are being caused by a library that is included on the page by Service Desk.

      Work around

      • Use a different browser.
      • If you have Service Desk installed but you are not using it, you can temporarily disable Service Desk to restore access to reports.

            we have the same problem for Jira Agile, all versions above 6.3.11

            The version of JIRA Service Desk which contains the fix to this issue has now been made available on Marketplace. It was deployed to JIRA Cloud customers on Monday of this week.
