lexorank value problem

    • JIRA Stanadalone v6.1.1. on Windows 2008, java in jira directory 1.7.0.25

      • got errors:
        /secure/QuickCreateIssue.jspa [greenhopper.customfield.lexorank.LexoRankIndexer] Could not retrieve LexoRank value for issue[id=35507]. Indexing max LexoRank value instead.
        /secure/QuickCreateIssue.jspa [greenhopper.customfield.lexorank.LexoRankCFType] Unable to retrieve rank for field [11100] and issue [35507]
      • made update to Agile 6.4.2
      • reindex successfully in 280 secs
      • but we do not use ranking so we do not get the described error message, it is just slow in creating new issues
