Creating a Linked page for a Sprint doesn't respect application link displayUrl

      When creating a Linked Page LinkedPages.jpg through a sprint, clicking on the Create a new page or create page button should redirect the user to the Confluence application.

      The redirection does not respect the configured displayURL option in the application link configuration.

      For example, say I have an applink to Confluence configured like so:

      1. Application URL: http://localhost:8093/confluence542
      2. Display URL: http://dleng.connie.com:8093/confluence542

      Clicking on the Create a new page or create page button opens up a link with:
      http://localhost:8093/confluence542/login.action?os_destination=%2Fplugins%2Fcreatecontent%......
