Display URL has been ignored when creating a confluence page from Agile reports

Summary

Display URL is not being used if creating a confluence page from Sprint report.

Environment

• Confluence v5.8.9

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new application link from JIRA to Confluence.
2. Edit Display URL on JIRA and Confluence.
3. Go to any Sprint Report > click linked pages link.
4. Click on the create page button and JIRA will directed to Confluence based on the "Application URL" instead of "Display URL".

Expected Results

After clicked on the create page button, JIRA should directed to Display URL.

Actual Results

After clicked on the create page button, JIRA is directed to Application URL.

Notes

This problem doesn't affect "Link page" button function.

Workaround

Change Display URL to Application URL.
