Issues are appearing in a Sprint Report from another Sprint

Summary

Sprints from "Sprint 2" are appearing in the Sprint Report for "Sprint 1".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add issues to Sprint 1.
2. Import that project into another instance.
3. Add the issues back into the sprint as the AO data is not migrated due to JRA-28748.

Expected Results

The issues don't appear in the incorrect sprint report(s).

Actual Results

Issues appear in the Sprint Report that belong to another sprint.

This particular bug only applies for issues with the change history as per the attached image.
