A user can transition story to in progress when subtask is moved to in progress.

      We are using the greenhopper plugin and JIRA for agile project management tool.
      Some of the scrum team members are complaining that they need to remember to move story (parent issue)
      to "In Progress" status after they have already moved a sub-task to "In Progress".
      They feel that the story should automatically be moved to "In Progress" once any subtask of story has been moved to "In Progress".
