Issue Summary

PR Is showing as Open in Jira when it is Merged in Bitbucket. This happens for specific issues.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

When a PR is Merged in Bitbucket it should update to the correct status in Jira (Merged or Declined)

Actual Results

For some PRs, the status doesn't get updated.
The issue is not consistent across all issues - it only happens for some Jira issues, for some customers.
