PR Is showing as Open in Jira when it is Merged in Bitbucket

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

When a PR is Merged in Bitbucket it should update to the correct status in Jira (Merged or Declined)

Actual Results

For some PRs, the status doesn't get updated.

The issue is not consistent - it only happens for some Jira issues, for some customers.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
