Special Characters should be replaced by their corresponding English Characters

      Issue Summary

      Currently if Jira is used in a language other than english like Polish or Swedish, the Jira ticket data like Summary will have characters like - Å, Ä, Ö etc. 

      When Branch is created in Bitbucket Cloud directly from Jira tickets, these are copied as it is without being replaced by corresponding English Characters.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set Jira summary as 'Denna biljett är skapad för Atlassian-testet'
      2. Go to Dev panel > Create branch 

      Expected Results

      On the new tab opened for branch creation, ä and ö, should have been replaced by A and O. 

      Actual Results

      The summary is copied as it is in Branch title.

      Workaround

      Manually update the branch title on create branch screen.
