User has some filters that have "[" in the name, for example [Hierarchies] Conflicts

They can't search for those filters in the UI.

[Edited to add: The following screenshot appears to have been taken in the Board Configuration > General section of company-managed project]

We have found that the filter search with the '[]' character is not searchable under the saved filter section of the board settings.

Workaround:

As a workaround instead of using the word [Hierarchies], we requested the customer to try using the word outside of [] in our case Conflicts.
