Issue Summary

If you have a validator restriction that has a custom message EG "You must have field XXX and YYY filled out" will not show with the Enhanced Board and Backlog feature on but instead say that your Admin has restricted the way you move issues when dragging and dropping an issue from one status to another. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a validator on a workflow that requires XXX/YYY field to be filled out with a custom message
2. With the Enhanced board backlog feature, it will not display the custom error message 
3. Turn off the Enhanced Board and Backlog feature and then it will display the error message as normal

Expected Results

Should show the custom error message

Workaround

Turn off the Enhanced Board and Backlog feature in the board settings
