User was temporarily getting error "We could not update the issue: We failed to reorder the issue or your admin has restricted how you can move it. Try moving the issue again or move it to a different drop zone" while moving tickets from one column to another to move it through workflow on board for every transition. This started occurring after endhanced boards/backlog update and was fixed by disabling the update.
