Would it be possible for you to NOT send notifications from your OWN Jira IF someone has commented ONLY "+1"

      I like watching issues in your own Jira, and most of those I watch I have also voted on. However I feel that your voting isn't well understood so commonly someone who is trying to achieve a vote comments "+1" ONLY, notifying X number of people, in some cases high numbers. Is there any way we could opt not to receive these "+1" ONLY with no other changes please? Might be one to consider for other instances but it's not a problem we have with our own Jira, suggestion is only about Atlassian's own Jira. 

      (Also recommend you add a Component for "Notifications" to your JSWCLOUD project )
