More comments facilities/features for 'reply comments' or 'share comments'

Default 'Newest to oldest' Comments is only handy to read the latest comments. If you then need to add comments, then you still need to scroll to the bottom of the page as the 'Add Comments' button is at the bottom of Comments section.

It would be good if we can 'reply comments' or 'new comments' - you already have 'Edit, Delete, and Emoji on comment, why not 'reply comments' and 'new comments' links ?

In the past each comments will have 'link' icon where we then can get the comments' link to share it somewhere else. Now that is disappear. It would be good if apart from above suggestions, we also have 'share' button to share the relevant comments as this is very handy feature when we want to reference to particular comment/comments in different JIRA ticket.
