Issues reported by or assigned to Inactive Users are not included on Advanced Roadmaps Plans

    Description

      Issues that are assigned to or reported by a user currently inactive on the instance won't be included in the plan.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create issues with a user.
        1. Assign issues for the same user.
      2. Make that user Inactive (Remove access to site and products)
      3. Create a plan, including those items created.

      Expected Results

      • Issues are included in the plan

      Actual Results

      • Issues excluded from the plan

       

      As this behavior is not mentioned in the documentation, doesn't look like it's intended:

      As a coincidence, the same issues reported by the inactive user were also associated with Archived releases, which is covered by the documentation.
