What's the reasoning behind Edit Issue being able to enable/disable sending email notifications, but not others such as Transition Issue?
This is resulting in basic automations (switch status between In Progress and Waiting for Customer based on who made the latest comment) flooding agents' inboxes any time anyone comments. This is an entirely useless notification, because the agent either just sent the comment, so they are aware of it, or get a notification that the customer replied - so don't need to be told that the status has changed back to In Progress.
