      Summary

      Adding a new field and repointing Flagging functionality to capture the 'Flagged Reason" in this new field such that the recent Flagged reason is always displayed in the issue field.

      Suggestion

      1. Ability to Capture the latest 'Flagged Reason' in the Issue field "Flagged Reason"
      2. Ability to automatically clear 'Flagged reason' when the issue is unflagged.
      3. Ability to filter and report on 'Flagged reason'.
      4. Make 'Flagged reason' more visible in issue context/description layout, instead of being buried in comments.
