Ability to copy/duplicate automation steps inside a rule

Problem

As of now we can only copy the entire rule and not the steps. It would be great to have an option to copy and move the steps in the rule. This feature will help to duplicate the steps. Maybe just underneath the original step, and then able to use the UI to drag the step into where we need it.
