    Description

Sample URL where this can be seen:

      https://customername.jira.com/browse/XYZ-111

Currently, links associated with an issue are sorted by the date/time that they were added (which is effectively arbitrary).  Issues from different projects are all mixed up in the list.

This is not an problem when an issue only has a few linked issues, but for larger issues with many linked issues, it can be challenging to view the list to determine if any links were missed, etc.

      Current link list example:

      • DEF-456
      • ABC-123
      • DEF-777
      • DEF-778
      • DEF-123
      • XYZ-111
      • ABC-10
      • ABC-2

What it should look like, after sorting by key (alphabetically for project and then numerically for the issue number, so that 2 would come before 10 or 123):

      • ABC-2
      • ABC-10
      • ABC-123
      • DEF-123
      • DEF-456
      • DEF-777
      • DEF-778
      • XYZ-111

Note that the new view is sorted by date linked, but on the old view (?oldIssueView=true) the links are not sorted at all, not even by date linked - it is truly arbitrary as far as I can tell.
