Action items in Jira issue editor

The text editor in Confluence lets you insert an "action item", i.e. a list of checkboxes. This is useful to have tasks that you can tick out when done.

This suggestion is about having exactly the same in the Jira issue editor for simple tasks in bullet points that don't warrant a sub-issue.
