Parent link autocomplete should work with issue key search

      Suggestion

      When typing in the Parent Link field on the issue view screen, the autocomplete will show you suggestions only if you typed a complete word, or a full issue key. If you only typed a few characters, no autosuggestions shown.

      The autocomplete works perfectly with the Summary text.

      It would be nice to have to autocomplete work with issue key search as well.
