Clean up of old parent links required to prevent any discrepancies

Issue Summary

Recently we came across an issue where filtering child issues of a Parent did not work correctly and there were some child issues missing. We came to notice that the issue had multiple parent links in the backend.

This request is for cleaning up database of any references to custom field of type Parent Link or any such duplication that are not the original Advanced roadmap Parent Link .

Workaround

Change the issue type from Epic to standard-issue type ( story/task/bug) and then convert it back to Epic. Re-linking to correct parent would then fix the issue for now
