As a company, we don't want the Atlassian Users to see the concrete name of the Reporter and the Assignee on the ticket.
Also when we talk about Confluence, we don't want to show the user's details when setting the permissions for a page or space. Instead of showing the user's detail, I want to show the company's name.

• • In short, when a user submits a ticket into Jira XYZ (lets say from company ABC), the reporter name should get updated with the reporter's company, which is ABC, and similarly, when someone from XYZ responds, the user should see XYZ as the author.
