Raise the limit options in a dropdown or checkbox fields on Next-gen/team-managed projects

After some analysis we've found that this issue has been duplicated by the issue at JRACLOUD-77087: Ability to add more than 55 options in the dropdown list custom field in Next-gen / Team-managed projects, please watch that issue for further updates and more detailed workarounds.
