As a Product Manager, I want to be able to see the time a ticket spends in a status while it is currently there in Control Chart

      The Control Chart report only displays the time an issue has spent in a given status once the ticket has left that status.

      It would be better for the report if it could display the time an issue spends in a certain status while it is currently there. It would help to determine the time an issue takes in a specific column while the task is still in progress.
